I’m Roopen, a wedding photographer in the Chicago region, and I have a passion for using my camera to capture the joy and beauty of life.

My career as a photographer started out as a hobby, but as I learned more about the field, I realized that it was my vocation. I specialize on South Asian weddings and dance photography since I’ve always been captivated to the exuberance and vivid colors of these events. The beauty and feelings of the day should be highlighted in my timeless and classic photographs.

I really believe that photography captures not just the moment itself, but also the memories and feelings that go along with it. While it can be intimidating to appear in front of the camera, I think it’s important to create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere to capture you as naturally as possible.
